I Want To Change My OnALot.com Email Account Name

Changing your email name is easy!

You want to change your email name from you@onalot.com to newyou@onalot.com. Maybe because you get too much SPAM, got married or any other reason. Here's what to do:

1. You must call us and set up your new email name and password, and tell us your old one that you no longer want.
2. Open Microsoft Outlook
3. Click on Tools
4. Click on E-mail Accounts...
5. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts then click Next.
   
   
   
   
6. A list of your email accounts will be displayed, highlight the account you are changing ( most likely the default account) then click the Change... button on the right.
7. Make the appropriate changes on this page for your new account and/or password.
   
   
   
   
8. When updated, click Next then the Finish button.

You're done!

Testing Your New Email Account

The fastest way to check your email account(s) is to send yourself a test message.

1. Click on New Mail Message or Ctrl+N.
2. Enter your email address in the To field
3. Enter Test as the Subject
4. Enter anything you like in the body of the message
5. Click Send
6. After it’s sent, wait 30 seconds and then click on the Send / Receive button.
7. The email you just sent should come back to you.
